The Moonshine Slide is warmer, yet more resonant than glass. Made from a white clay body and glazed with cobalt, sound travels through the glazed exterior into the clay body. The Moonshine Slide clay body is left open and creates micro-resonators round in shape. The clay absorbs high-end distortion while the tone takes on the shape of the resonators. A round, fluid tone reminiscent of a tube amp is the result. The Moonshine Slide has a bisque interior (unglazed) that absorbs finger moisture. This eliminates the slipping common to slide playing and provides better control.

The 2 3/4" length Moonshine Slides are for the player who wants access to all strings at once. Open tuning works greatcommonly used in all styles of music.
