MYOB M-Powered® Services simplify a variety of everyday business tasks.
- M-Powered invoices: Add BPAY®, Credit Card by Phone and Postbillpay in person payment options to your statements, as well as invoices.
- M-Powered superannuation: Make superannuation contributions electronically.
- M-Powered MoneyController: Estimate and save for your short-term tax obligations.
- M-Powered payments: Pay suppliers and employees electronically direct from MYOB Premier.
- M-Powered bank statements: Receive electronic bank statements and automatically reconcile your accounts.

- Let your employees specify up to three bank accounts into which their net pay will be paid. They can specify the split on a percentage or dollar basis.
- Set up superannuation funds and allocate them to your staff.
- Choose from seven superannuation contribution types to better meet your employees' superannuation needs.
- Print reports that help you comply with the superannuation reporting requirements. Easier job management
Easily track the progress and profitability of the various jobs your business undertakes.
- Give jobs more meaningful identifiers: Enter job numbers of up to 15 characters.
- Order the Jobs List how you want to: Assign sub-jobs to any header job, regardless of alphabetical or numerical order.
- Choose to receive a warning when you forget to allocate jobs to your transactions.
- Easier job auditing: Print a report that identifies which transactions have not been assigned a job number.
- Track activity slips by job: Print summary or detailed reports showing time billing activity for selected jobs. Easier reporting
Updated and more flexible filters make it easier to report the specific information you need.
- Produce more specific reports: Re-designed report filters give you more flexibility in choosing what you want to include in your reports.
- One-click access to your favourite reports: Add your most frequently-accessed reports to the Reports menu.
- Customer Ledger: Get a listing of all sales, payments and credits for selected customers in one report.
- Supplier Ledger: Get a listing of all purchases, payments and debits for selected suppliers in one report. Easier form customisation
Customise your invoices and other forms with the improved design tools.
- Faster form customisation: New field selection, preview and gridline tools help choose and align your form fields.
- Add colour to your forms: Add a background image, field borders and field background colours. Easier banking
- Transfer funds: Easily record fund transfers between your bank accounts and instantly see what the new balances for both accounts will be.
- Print receipts: Print receipts for cash payments recorded in the Receive Money and Customer Payments windows.
- Bank account details: Enter bank account and electronic payment details for all your bank accounts, and you can then select any of these accounts when making electronic payments.
- Default electronic payment statement ID: Enter the default text that you want to appear on your suppliers' or employees' bank statements when paying them electronically.
- Enter bank and deposit adjustments: Record credit card merchant fees and adjustments when recording bank deposits. Additional enhancements and new features
There are many other improvements that can help you work faster and more efficiently, including:
- Get started quickly: When you open an old-version company file using MYOB Premier v8, you can choose to convert it to the latest version there and then.
- Faster learning: Get quick access to tips and procedures using the "Tell me how" Help feature, accessible from each window.
- Flexible security: Improved security features let you assign a password to each User ID, so all your staff can be given unique passwords.
- Company reporting: Identify cash movements using the new Statement of Cash Flows report.
- Smart Tags: If you're using Microsoft Office XP or 2003, you can use Smart Tag technology to get fast access to your customer and supplier contact details and financial information from within Office without opening your company file.
- Access additional options by right-clicking your mouse: When you right-click your mouse, a menu appears from which you can access options relevant to the window you're viewing, as well as relevant help topics.
- Filter the Transaction Journal window by ID: Now you can locate a single transaction or view a range of transactions by specifying an ID range.
