Ferrules, Collared
Billy Bob is the first clubmaking supplier to come out with Collared Ferrules for Graphite Shafts. Even though they take a little extra time to install, they're worth it. Manufacturers have reported shaft breakage has been cut to less than one percent through the use of collared ferrules. Some hosels may need to be reamed with a 20 degree carbite reamer to accept the collared ferrule.
Sizes to fit the most popular shaft sizes, and generally oversized to allow you to turn them to fit different hosels, these ferrules are high quality.
Ferrule ODs are .485 on the .335 ferrules and .545 on the .350 and .370 ferrules. A Large Hosel Wood Ferrule (.335) is also available in 1/2" and 3/4" lengths.
