These plants do particularly well in brackish or saltwater and are found as nature's filter all over the world along marshes, estuaries, beach fronts and other waterways.
These high quality Red Mangroves imported from Hawaii may be placed directly into your tank or used in a sump or refugium. They do best if rooted in sand or mud but don't need it as can be seen in the picture to the right. Provide plenty of light and knock out your bothersome algae, nitrate and toxin problems!
Suggested use: 1 Mangrove per 10 gallons of water in the main tank. Important Note: Suggested 2 Day or faster shipping.
