Choose to send your recipient a gift certificate through email, or let them receive it by regular mail. Electronic gift certificates are redeemable online only. Gift certificates received through the mail are redeemable via mail-in orders only, and must accompany the order.
How to redeem: Your gift certificate recipient will receive a certificate code. He/she will need this code when redeeming their gift certificate. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Harris Communications will not be liable for lost or stolen electronic or mail gift certificates. Mail gift certificates are sent via U.S. Postal Mail, and shipped separately from other purchases. Use of gift certificates do not apply to RIM pagers, Motorola T900, T-Mobile pagers, WyndPower Pack, or any pager-related accessories or services.
Note that when redeeming a gift certificate online, you will need to enter a valid credit card number even if the purchase amount appears to be less than the gift certificate amount. Your credit card will NOT be charged unless the total goes over the value of the gift certificate. In the event that the total amount of the certificate is not redeemed, the remaining balance will be credited to your customer account. You must notify us when you wish to use any remaining amount for future orders. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
