About the author:
Pivtorak Hryhoriy Petrovych was born in 1935. He is a member-corespondent of The National Academy of Science of Ukraine, professor, director of Eastern Slavic Institute of languages of O.O.Potebnia. He has close to 3500 publications and over 200 books.
