Results There are a number of different results you may get when using Gluten Guard. Use the following list as a guide for each result.
- Red – Product has one or more ingredients known to contain gluten.
- Yellow – Product has one or more ingredients that MAY have cross contamination risks or unknown manufacturing processes. When you get a yellow caution, check to see what ingredient caused it (press Why ? button) and many times it will be an ingredient that you are not sensitive to or have information about and can safely consume.
- Green – Product does not have ingredients that contain gluten.
- Blue – Product is not in the Gluten Guard databank. Use the Add Note feature to take full advantage of Gluten Guard.
