This multi-blend gluten free flour is an all purpose gluten free flour mix that substitutes for wheat flour cup for cup. There is no need to add additional xanthan gum when making pancakes, waffles, pie crust, or cookies. For cake and sweet bread recipes add 1/2 tsp xanthan gum per cup of flour mix. Shelf life: Approx 12 months - Best if used by date on each package.
