Guar Gum is a non-digestible fibre derived from the guar plant, native to India & Pakistan. It has thickening powers more powerful than cornstarch and is used in dressings, sauces, milk products, and baking moxes. It is sometimes used as a binder in gluten-free baking allowing the baked goods to rise without gluten. Used by some that are allergic to Xanthan Gum.
