Gluten-Free Macaroni and Cheese by Pastariso - Excellent Mac and Cheese!
Pastariso rice pasta is made in a totally gluten-free manufacturing facility. They do not use any ingredients containing gluten, thus eliminating the possiblity of cross-contamination. This is of vital importance to individuals with gluten intolerance. In addition to wheat, their pastas are free of eggs and do not contain any preservatives.
Ingredients: Rice Pasta - (rice, rice bran) Cheese Sauce Mix - Cheddar Cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzymes), salt, disodium phosphate (a natural emulsifer), xanthan gum, citric acid.

Cooking Instructions:1) Bring 3 quarts of water to a rolling boil2) Add pasta and once water is boiling again, cook for 7-8 minutes, to preferred tenderness, drain.3) Stir will while adding 2 oz milk (50ml), 3 tablespoons of butter and cheese sauce.4) Enjoy as is or bake into casserole, if preferred.
