Here is the deal. I have a bunch of these white hat cords, they are 60 inches long with a tassle at both ends, They are at least partly synthetic fibers, but I don't know exactly what. If you cut the collar off they would probably work great in your tricorn, but you can only go around the head once and have enough of the cord to stick out both ends. Get them while they are hot!
