Framing an Economic Evaluation is part of an educational series designed to provide basic information about economic evaluation in a self-study format. The course is targeted to meet the needs of public health professionals at the local, state, or federal level. It is designed to help conduct an economic evaluation of a public health program.
The course is also appropriate for decisionmakers who need to evaluate the quality and validity of economic evaluative studies published in the scientific literature or produced by hired consultants and other governmental agencies. No background in economics or statistics is required.
