Vintage navy & white dress and jacket, new by Liza Peta The dress is sleeveless, has back zip and a plain navy belt. The skirt of the dress is made from 100% cotton (quite a heavy cotton) and has an invierted pelat at the front. The top of the dress is 100% polyester. The jacket is in the same material and print as the skirt of the dress and is trimmed with navy braid.
This colour combination was popular with Ossie Clark and Pierre cardin in the mid 60's. Op Art fabrics in black and white semi-psychedelic geometric prints featured prominently in their collections during this era.
