The blade on this well-balanced knife has a super sharp edge and point. It fits into the handle and is fastened with just a turn of the knurled collar. Measuring 5-5/8 overall, this little knife is great for cutting, shaping and cleaning various art, craft or home projects. The handle is made of aluminum with two knurled sections for positive control whether gripped near the tip or further up the handle. It is lightweight but sturdy and has great balance in your hand. It comes to you with a heavy-duty clear plastic blade cover. The blade is similar to a Xacto #11 blade which will fit the handle, so replacement blades are readily available in most art, home supply or hardware stores. This offer is for one dozen knives, each one with its own blade cover.
