Engraving shown is for display purposes only, for instance, if you want paw
prints, you must specify such as we do not engrave them by default. We ONLY
engrave what we are told to. Images should be high contrast and need to be 250
dpi to engrave. (Normal images are 72 dpi.) Therefore, we must shrink the size
of the image proportionately to raise the dpi. Example: 2" x 2" photo at 125
dpi becomes 1" x 1" at 250 dpi. If scanning, please scan photo at 250dpi. If
using a digital camera, use the highest quality setting and use at least a 2
mega pixel camera.
Optional text can be engraved along with your photo. Text can be below,
above, beside, or on top of your photo. There is no limit to the amount of text
you can have engraved, however, the more text there is, the smaller either the
text, photo or both will be. Use the "Engraved Text" lines to enter the text
exactly how you want it engraved.
Engraving satisfaction is not guaranteed as we only engrave what you send us.
Options above are additional for repairing photos and removing the backgrounds.
Returns of engraved pet memorials is not possible unless there is a qualified
manufacturer defect in the plaque. Easels are for display purposes and not
included.
