Also included in the booklet are the General Objectives of the training program, a General Schedule of Instruction, Scheduled Plant Visits, Outlines of the Division and Department Training Programs, General Instructions and a sample Preparation of Expense Vouchers and a Sales Department Organization Chart. The front of the booklet has a Professional Salesman's Creed and a motivational page called What Makes a Winner? Sections include charts, appendices, schedules, and a chart of the corporation's sales division as well as a listing of the board of directors. The board was chaired by Donald H. Trautlein and included Lewis Foy, Walter F. Williams, Richard F. Schubert, Richard M. Smith, D. Sheldon Arnot and C. W. Ritterhoff as President and Vice Chairmen at that time. 72 pages.
