Perquackey is a timed word game manufactured by Lakeside Toys c1956. There are 14 dice with a letter of the alphabet marked on each side of the cube. These letter cubes are old and slightly yellowed with time. The color is similar to old ivory. The edges are somewhat rounded. The letters appear to be hand printed. This is not a complete set. The egg timer and the original cup are missing; however, we are able to provide you with a copy of the rules.
Perquackey is the "other" three minute word game. You roll ten dice (thirteen if you have 2000 points) and must make works of three letters of more. You can only use a form of a word once and are limited to five of any length. After the time is up, you score points for each word on your list, plus bonus points for filling consecutive groups (100 bonus points for five 3-letter words and five 4-letter words). The game is to 5000 but easy to reach in three or four turns. You can only reroll if you get no vowels or all vowels. A good quick word game and best in a small group.
