Product information 1W Headlamp SW018X 1W Luxeon Headlamp with red diodes This is a great Headlamp with a 1W Luxeon (USA) diode and 2 red diodes for map reading.
The integrated pressure switch has 3 modes.
Press one time for white energy saving lighting, a second pressure will give full power lighting and the third will turn of the luxeon diode and turn on the red diodes suitable for reduced lighting without ruining the night vision.
As the main lighting is produced by the strong luxeon diode the beam has a more circular form than our other LED-headlamps.

It is powered by 3 AAA batteries assambled into a compact cylinder.
The housing is black with rubber coated parts to make it sturdy and water resistant.
All removable parts are either rubber coated or sealed with rubber packings.

The Bezel is adjustable in the vertical plane and at the back there are 2 magnets to make it possible to attach the lamp to metallic surfaces.

The 3 pointed headband and the wide baseplate for the forhead make this lamp comfortable to wear for long periods.

It is a very good headlight for professional extended wear.
The combination of the strong lighting produced by the Luxeon diode, the red diodes for continued night vision, adjustable beam direction and the built in magnets make this lamp very priceworthy.
