Lead time: Processing time for personalized glass ware is 2-3 weeks.
Setup charge: There is a $37.00 setup fee for setting up the printing machine and making the personalized print screen.
Printing colors: Our standard colors are silver, gold, black, white, pink, blue and red. An additional charge of $0.55 is applied for metallic silver and metallic gold.
Packaging: This item is not individually boxed.
Return and damaged items: Personalized items are non-refundable. On broken items we only can offer a credit. We suggest ordering a few extra pieces.
Shipping: Our personalized glassware items can only be shipped via ground service we dont offer expedited shipping for this item.
