This fun novelty charm necklace could also be worn as a belt if you wanted to do so, or maybe it's a belt that could be worn as a necklace. Either way, the large, lightweight links hold equally large goldplated charms that include stars, hearts and the man in the moon, as well as Lucite perfume bottles with goldpainted caps and black and white plastic beads. The necklace measures 38 1/2". If you loop the chain once, it will wear nicely as a double necklace, with one strand around the neck and another across the bodice.
