The condition is very delicate and there is several issues. Please keep in mind this dress is approximately 100 years old. I gave this dress a very gentle soaking and sun dried it. There's a large area of age spots in the center on the front which I have photographed. Also, another spot on the front near the lace edging. On the back center near the closing is a 1/2 inch shred and a bit lower is two tiny little holes. There's also some crinkled spots in the fabric, something I haven't seen before. In the corner where the sleeve joins the lace yoke there is separation plus a small hole in the lace.
