Our 7 Grain Mix contains Golden 86 wheat, oat groats, pearl barley, brown rice, triticale, rye and millet. Packed in its whole grain form, our 7 Grain Mix is a good storing food if properly packed and stored in a cool place. Grinding this mix makes a hearty flour that makes a flavorful, nutritious loaf of bread. Boiling it whole (for about an hour) makes a delicious, nutty breakfast cereal.
