The Ericsson Dialog 4187 Plus is one of the first of the analogue Dialog telephones to have an LCD screen. It will display the time and date and allows the user to see the number they have dialled before they set the phone to ring it. This means that you can check that the number keyed in is correct, similar to how it is on a mobile telephone.
Also as the Ericsson Dialog 4187 Plus has an LCD display it can also show the incoming number that is ringing in. This is a service that has to be activated on the line but if it has been the Ericsson Dialog 4187 will even record the last 50 calls.
Down the right are a set of 10 programmable speed dial buttons that can store the users telephone numbers. In fact each of the buttons on the Ericsson Dialog 4187 Plus can store two telephone numbers meaning in total the phone can save 20 telephone numbers.
