The Romantica is the latest espresso machine by La Pavoni. These espresso machines are truly a joining of old world and new world technologies. As with the other La Pavoni Lever Espresso Machines, the Romantica features a nickel-plated brass boiler, long-life stainless steel element and a piston lever which produces the finest espresso. The new look incorporates a safety valve built into the top of the boiler which is covered by a beautiful dome, reminiscent of old world coffee shops. The end result is beautiful and streamlined. Romantica machines also feature hardwood handles and matching accent knobs. Truly a classic!
