Spinach Dip Out of all the spinach dips we have tried, this one seems to be everyones favorite. This can be made two days in advance. Very Important: The secret of making a good spinach dip is in the consistency and texture. This recipe turns out perfect every time if you make sure to squeeze out all of the excess water from the spinach. This may take several times for each handful of spinach, but it is well worth it. Yields: Serves 8-10 Need more? You can double or triple this recipe and it still tastes delicious. Ingredients: 2 Pkgs. Frozen Chopped Spinach 1 Cup Chopped Parsley (we used dried, but fresh is fine) 1 Cup Green Onion 2 Cups Mayonaise (we prefer Best Foods) Directions: Cook spinach according to directions. Drain. (Very Important) - When cooled, squeeze out all excess water. Add above ingredients. Add Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste.
