Scarce 1914 postcard advertising for the Glenn Curtiss Motorcycle Equipment Co. in Hammondsport, New York, advertising over 1,216 items! Notes that the Pacific Coast branch was in Los Angeles, California. Interesting historical information on the reverse, with sender writing to Charles Sitterly of R.F.D. No. 6 in Fort Plain, NY, and saying: “Fred has a buyer for your motorcycle for $30.00 just as it stands. Ed Einbridge said he would come up and look at it Sunday and if it suited him, he would give $30…Fred told him the spark cone was wore out.” A desirable motorcycling or Steuben County collectible in very good condition!
