It's a recurring nightmare among NFL quarterbacks: Michael Strahan catches you in his sights, bears down and comes a-charging, then delivers a bone-crushing tackle. Of course, that is a recurring dream for fans of the New York Giants, who cheer like crazy every time the game's premier defensive end makes a tackle or records another sack. A Giant since he was drafted in the second round back in 1993, Strahan's achievements are staggering and certain to gain him entry into the Hall of Fame one day. He set an NFL record with 22.5 sacks in 2001/2002, is currently second on the all-time Giants sack leaders list, behind only Lawrence-Taylor, and was recently tapped to play in his seventh Pro Bowl.
