Cheese Knife R139 (blade 5 1/4", overall 9 1/4")
Five design elements combine to create a cheese knife that you will love to use! First, the angle of the handle allows you to easily apply the necessary force according to the hardness of the cheese you are slicing. Second, the unique serrated blade is specially made to wedge through cheese. Third, cut outs in the blade reduce the resistance when slicing through larger cheese blocks. Fourth, a strategically placed ridge gently separates the cut cheese. Also, the forked end of the Cheese Knife can be used to pick up the cheese once it is cut.
Rada cutlery comes individually packaged in protective sleeves and sealed plastic bags to protect the knife blade.
