Hackmatite, true color change in sunlight to darkness, .9-1.6ct.
These are fine examples of Hackmatite with even color. Often this gem has many white inclusions but not these ones. Hackmatite is very popular in Japan, probably because of the soft and sweet color and that it changes color from a soft pink to a deep lavender.
Approximate dimensions are as follows; around 7mm, 1 cabachon weighs .91ct the rest weigh from 1.2ct to 1.6ct.
