This won't get your heart rate going, at least until you get to the leg portion, but it is a good video if you want to work on weight lifting. Most of their videos pair weight training with aerobics. However some, like this one, is just weights. I like it. It is broken into segments....amrs, legs, arms and legs. I like to mix up aerobics with the weight lifting videos for better results. I love the Firm videos and the results I am getting.
