This is a pair of medium soft compound Panther Step Pin 1/8th scale buggy tires. These tires fit on any standard 1/8th scale buggy rims. The step pin tread is designed for loamy track conditions and works best when the track is wet. The drier the track, the harder the compound of tire you should use (ie: soft when very wet, med-soft when dry). These tires are also great for dry and blue groove tracks if you cut off the pins and leave just the step part of the tread. That is also a great way to get more life from the tires - cut off the pins when they are worn down to turn them into a hard pack dry track tire!

Note: Some people (such as Kendall from A Main Hobbies) prefer this tire in medium compound in most conditions, as that stops the lugs from folding over during cornering and acceleration.
