Wai is a sadistic Hong Kong cop that is given the task to track down a monstrous hitman from Cambodia named Pang. Fleeing Hong Kong after a job, Pang runs into a country girl named Yue and kills her step-father for having raped her, promising to take her to Cambodia to start a new and happy life.
However, the couple is soon met with Wai and a team of detectives from Hong Kong. After Pang kills each of Wai's colleagues one by one and escapes back to Cambodia, Wai swears utter vengeance on the assassin, but neither one of them can stop until the other is dead.
