This is an odd little decorative paper piece. Made by the National Supply Co. in Sioux City, Iowa - probably in the 1920's or thereabouts. It is flat card paper stock with a lithograph of an oriental scene that both sides fold out into a free-standing decoration with a crepe paper skirt. The piece measures approximately 4 inches tall. It shows some yellowing from age and some minor wear but no rips or tears.
