Lowri Evans is a singer-songwriter from Pembrokeshire And Kick The Sand÷ is her first Welsh language CD although she has recorded two English EPs previously. Her music is a blend of Folk Alternative Country Jazz And Blues And the songs on this CD (almost all self-composed) feature her creativity as a songwriter And her unique voice is also an important part of this recording. Lowri also plays rhythm guitar piano & harmonica on the album And is accompanied by Lee Mason on acoustic electric And bass guitar & mandolin who also co-produced with Wyn Jones And Lowri herself.
