The HotSpot Controller System is built in a 2-U 19-inch Rack Mount case for installation in computer centers and control room sites or at sites which have rack-mount capability. The chassis is of steel construction for long trouble-free life and has plenty of filtered ventilation for cool-running operation.

- Solid-State Drive with the latest version of PublicIP optional

The addition of RAM memory to the system is recommended for hi-use areas when Website Filtering is used. The additional memory is used by the Filtering system during filtering operations but this option is only recommended if you are running a hi-use hotspot as the standard 256-Megs of ram is plenty for normal use operation.
