1 March 2007 - St David's Day Glorious Wales - Cyrmru Wych - Smilers Sheet containing the new 1st class self-adhesive country stamp, with 2 sets of 10 pictorial labels. One set is captioned in English, and one set in Welsh.
This stamp may not be listed as a separate stamp in all catalogues because at this stage it is not available at face value, the Smilers Sheets carrying a small premium. However, it is a totally new stamp, being self-adhesive, the first SA country stamp.
Smilers sheets are posted unfolded between two boards and in a plastic sleeve. Minimum UK postage is £1.50, airmail postage worldwide is £2.90. Where possible we will include complete orders in one package but if this might damage the sheets, orders will be split.
