Antique GF cameo slide necklace, circa 1930s, with a carnelian shell cameo set in a 1 1 2/" x 1" pointed oval gold filled frame with eyelet beading around the cameo. The cameo is prongset and in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The rolo chain is also gold filled and measures 25", ending with large filigree bead caps and a stream of smaller chains. This piece was a mess when we received it and hardly looked worth saving, but we have restored it through safe cleaning methods to a greater degree of its original condition. What a beauty this is now!! A wonderful cameo for your antique jewelry wardrobe or collection.
