INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3/4 c. beer
- 1/4 tsp. bottled hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard DIRECTIONS:
- Assemble at room temperature: Mix well with electric mixer. Can
- be made ahead and refrigerated. Bring to room temperature before
- continuing. Slice baguettes of bread 1/4 inch thick. Spread with
- approximately 1/4 inch of cheese mixture. Spray cookie sheet with
- non-stick coating. Bake croutons at 400 degrees until bubbly.
- Makes about 50 croutons.
