INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
- Dash of garlic salt
- 1 pkg. won ton wrappers DIRECTIONS:
- Brown and drain beef. Combine beef, onions, cheese, oregano,
- cumin, garlic salt and chiles. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture
- on each won ton wrapper and follow package directions for folding
- and sealing. Deep fry 1 1/2 minutes or until golden; drain on paper
- towels. Serve warm. Makes 6 dozen appetizers.
