INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 can whole water chestnuts
- --SAUCE:--
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. catsup
- 2 tsp. soy sauce DIRECTIONS:
- Precook bacon until limber - not crisp. Cut bacon into halves or
- thirds. Wrap around water chestnut and secure with a toothpick.
- Place in 8 x 8 inch pan. Pour sauce over wraps and bake at 400
- degrees for 15-20 minutes or until bacon appears done.
