Antique ebony grooming brushes in a red leather case with taffeta lining. The brushes are marked REAL EBONY and GERMANY, the leather case is marked J. Brennan. The dark bristled brush is stiffer than the lighter one. Case measures 8 1/2" x 5 3/8" when open, but folds in half to a slim 2 3/4" to neatly contain the brushes. The leather has come away from the side just a bit where the stitching is. Otherwise, this set is in excellent condition.
