Directions:
Suggested Use Adults & Children over 12: 2 Caplets once a day, up to 4 times a day*. Children (6 to 12 years): 1 Caplet once a day, up to 4 times a day.* Children under 6 years: Consult a physician. Fiber laxative works naturally so continued use for one to three days is normally required to provide full benefit. Dosage may vary according to diet, exercise, previous laxative use or severity of constipation.
Take this product according to the dosage chart above with at least a full glass (8 ounces) of liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See warnings. Do not take more than the maximum daily dose.
Active Ingredients:
(per each caplet): Bulk-Forming Fiber Laxative (Calcium Polycarbophil 625 mg).
Inactive Ingredients:
Calcium Carbonate, Caramel, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Croscarmellose Sodium, Crospovidone, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyethylene Glycol, Povidone.
Warnings:
Choking: Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
Ask your doctor or before use if you have: abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, rectal bleeding, noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of 2 weeks.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking any form of tetracycline antibiotic, take laxative tablets at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after you have taken the antibiotic. This product contains calcium.
Stop use and ask a doctor if you have rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative. These symptoms may indicate a serious condition.
Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than 1 week, unless directed by a doctor. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
Storage:
Store at controlled room temperature 15 - 30?C (59 - 86F). Protect contents from moisture.
