We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, so we inspect each piece before it is shipped. The kiln-drying process is used to eliminate the problem of cracking and warping, but climatic changes can still affect rustic pine over time and may not be a reason for return. We will never ship a piece of furniture that we wouldn't proudly display in our own home.
