Assault Vest All Arms by Vangaurd
A unique design to meet the needs of the modern soldier and our best selling new vest. Combat tested for us by Combat Infantry and Medics in Iraq.
Left side has 3xmagazine pouches(all will take 3x30 round 5.56mm mags including SA80A2), 1 with dividers. This allows carriage of 9+1 magazines, meeting the needs of the currently recommended 10 mag carry for frontline troops.
These ammo pouches are also large enough for the OG Dutch waterbottle if 6 or less mags are carried. Left also has; loops to attach the PLCE bayonet frog, PRR strap, mike loop, purpose built phosphorous pouch with Velcro closure (will also accept 20x19 FFD), RA torch loop. NB this is the only vest we've seen that will accept a PLCE bayonet frog without modification. Internal pistol holster inside large zip pocket. Right side has 3 utility pouches all suitable for UK issue water bottle and Crusader cup, rations, loose ammo ect. and external zipped pouch large enough for good size personal med kit, E&E kit, GPS, frag grenades, weapon cleaning kit or 2 20x19 FFD. Upper right is left clear for weapon butt. All utility pouches have draw corded snow/sand lock shrouds. Size and height adjustable (extra large size also available), resi haversack attachment clips on left. Front closure is 3 adjustable QR buckles, these sewn onto a reinforcing webbing strip. Designed and manufactured in the UK by Vanguard using MoD specification materials throughout. This vest can also be supplied in an Extra Large size, approximately 6" larger in both chest and waist than the standard (XL size is £139.00). Standard size supplied unless XL requested at time of order. XL recommended for the larger user or those using Kestrel and Osprey Armour systems.
Now updated with attachment rings on lower hem, these are compatible with other pieces from the Vanguard range: drop holster, mag dump pouch, knife sheath, drop leg ammo and drop leg platforms. All available from Kit Monster.
