About our mixes
We offer a variety of stone-ground mixes which are whole-grained. Our mixes are all freshly ground on a water-powered mill and are full of nutrition and flavor. Unlike modern, refined, roller milled grains, stone grinding uses stone burrs to slowly crush and grind the entire kernel into flour. We do not remove the germ from our products which ensures the vitamins and trace minerals are retained. To achieve whiteness naturally, our flour is sifted, not bleached.
