On this audio cd are 8 tracks of 10 minutes length in brilliant quality.
Every track is a mix of binaural beats and beautiful nature sounds. The binaural beats are in the frequencie range of 8-12 Hz to stimulate your brain in the alpha band.

The effects are relaxation and increased learning skills. Of course you do not have the visuell stimulation part when using this cd but the effects are not much less than with a mind machine in addition. This CD is best for using it on the way.
