This is a beautiful porcelain tobacco jar & humidor with original sponge inside lid. It is unmarked and unsigned, but there is a portion of the original retailer's label on the inside of the lid. Wonderfully hand-painted design of grape clusters and leaves and topped off with a molded smoking pipe on top of the lid. Exsquisite condition with no chip and no cracks. Only faint wear to the paint in places. A very nice and scarce piece that would make a great addition to any collection. Measures about 6 1/4 inches at the widest point.
