The Jack Link’s X-stick is a salami style stick but with much less fat than a traditional salami.
Jack Links use 100% NZ Beef. The sticks are lightly seasoned before they are put on a slow cook in a smoke oven.
Jack Links Beef Sticks have about 50% less fat than most other salami sticks. They are an excellent source of protein and iron, with fewer calories, fat and carbs per serving than most other snacks like chips, pretzels, crackers or confectionery.
Children love them and so do adults as they are a great snack for all ages and are excellent chopped up for an antipasto platter.
Ingredients: Beef (80%), Sugar, Soy Protein, Salt Maltodextrin (Maize), Hydrolized Vegetable Protein (Soy), Flavourings, Acidity Regulator (330), Antioxidant (316), Preservative (250).
