removes ascarids like T. canis and T. leonina as well as hookworms like anyclostoma canium and ucinaria stenocephala for small dogs and puppies.
Directions: For the removal of large roundworms (ascarids) and hookworms, give 1 tablet for each 10lb of body weigth. Dosage is designed to provide at least 2.27mg per lb of body weight for dogs weighing over 5 lb and at least 4.54mg per lb of body weight for dogs weighing less than 5 lbs. For dogs weight more than 10 lb, tablets may be broken in half to provide 1/2 tablet for each additional 5lb of body weight.
A laboratory fecal examination should be done first to check for the presense of these parasites.
