Handpainted metalware tole tray made in Philadelphia between the 1930s and 1950s. Green background with heavy enamel painted stylized flowers typical of tole painted. The pierced metal trim adds a touch of Americana to this vintage tray. There is some damage to the paint on a few flowers, but this tray could easily be restored by your local tole painter. Measures 14" in diameter and approximately 2" high. Still has its original paper label from the Fine Arts Studios in Phila 6 Pa.
